ON APPROVAL OF STAFF STRUCTURE AND LEGISLATION OF THE ARMENIAN RESCUE SERVICE OF THE MINISTRY OF TERRITORIAL ADMINISTRATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA FOR "THE ESTABLISHMENT OF STAFF OF THE ARMENIAN RESCUE SERVICE OF THE MINISTRY OF TERRITORIAL ADMINISTRATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA" STATE ADMINISTRATIVE INSTITUTION"

Based on the article 9 of the law of the Republic of Armenia on "State administrative institutions", the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:
(1.To rename the Emergency Management Administration of the Ministry of Territorial Administration of the Republic of Armenia Armenian Rescue Service of the Ministry of Territorial Administration of the Republic of Armenia.
2. To rename the state administrative institution "Emergency Management Administration Staff" of the Ministry of Territorial Administration of the Republic of Armenia "Armenian Rescue Service Staff" state administrative institution of the Ministry of Territorial Administration of the Republic of Armenia. 22.12.2005 decision N2309- n).
1. To establish "Armenian Rescue Service Staff" state administrative institution of the Ministry of Territorial Administration of the Republic of Armenia. (22.12.2005 decision N2309- n).
2. To confirm:
a) the legislation of the Armenian Rescue Service of the Ministry of Territorial Administration of the Republic of Armenia in accordance with appendix No 1,
b) the structure of the Armenian Rescue Service of the Ministry of Territorial Administration of the Republic of Armenia in accordance with appendix No 2 (22.12.2005 decision N2309- n).
3. Define that the Armenian Rescue Service of the Ministry of Territorial Administration of the Republic of Armenia is an authorized body in the sphere of emergency situations (22.12.2005 decision N2309- n).
4.To make the following changes in the decision No 383 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia made on March 10, 2005 "On the reorganization of the state fire-fighting service of the Emergency Management Administration of the Ministry of Territorial Administration of the Republic of Armenia, on the establishment of state fire inspection of the Emergency Management Administration of the Ministry of Territorial Administration of the Republic of Armenia, on the affirmation of the structure and legislation of that inspection":
a) to replace the expression "under the government" before the words "for the creation of state fire inspection of the Emergency Management Administration" in the title of the decision with the following words "of the Ministry of Territorial Administration":
b) to replace the words "state fire inspection of the Emergency Management Administration under the government" in the first point of the decision with the following words "state fire inspection of the Emergency Management Administration of the Ministry of Territorial Administration":
c) to replace the words "under government" confirmed by the decision in the title of the structure in the "a" and "b" sub-points of the second point of the decision, with the words "of the Ministry of Territorial Administration":
d) to replace the words "of the head of the department" in the second point of the legislation, with the words "of the Minister of Territorial Administration of the Republic of Armenia";
5. To consider invalid N67- n decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia adopted on January 16, 2003 on "The affirmation of the legislation and structure of the Emergency Management Administration under the government of the Republic of Armenia".
6. The present decision enters into force on the day following the official promulgation.
