Was born in January 10, 1952 in Yerevan.

1968 Finished Yerevan secondary school N 117.

1968-1973 Yerevan State Pedagogy institute after Kh. Abovyan, historical-geographical faculty.

1973 Instructor of the school section of the regional committee of Spandaryan district of Yerevan.

1974-1975 Joined Soviet army.

1976 Secretary of regional committee of Spandaryan district of Yerevan, in 1977 second secretary of the same committee.

1978 Was appointed as the Head of the Section of the Young communists' langue organization of city committee of Yerevan.

1983 Joined military service in internal affairs system of Shahumyan region and was appointed as the Deputy Head of Internal Affairs Department of Shahumyan region.

1984 Was appinted as the Head of the Political Section of the Internal Affairs of the Transport Department of Armenia USSR, in December of 1988 was appointed as the the Head of the Political Section and the Deputy Head of the Internal Affairs Administration of Armenia and as the Head of the Political Section and Deputy Head of Internal Affairs of Transport Department of Armenia USSR

1989 Was appointed as the Deputy Head of the Political section of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and in 1990 Deputy Head of the Staff and Personnel Department-head of Personnel Section of the same Ministry.

1985 Graduated Higher inspection school of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Volgograd city of of USSR.

1992 Was appointed as the Head of the Economical Department of the MIA of RA and in 1994 Head of the Civil Protection and Military Mobilization section of MIA of RA.

1996 Was appointed as the Head of the inspection of emergencies and civil protection.

1997 Was apponted as the Head of the civil defense and emergency situations headquarter of Yerevan city, Head of Civil defense and emergency situations department of Yerevan city.

2001 Was apinted as the Deputy Head of the Emergency Management Administration of RA.

2001 Head of Civil defense and emergency situations department of Yerevan city of Emergency Management Administration under the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

2006 Deputy Head of the Armenian Rescue Service of the Ministry of Territorial Administration of the Republic of Armenia.

In September 18, 2007 was conferred the rank of Major-General of rescue service by the order of the President of RA.
